2. Eligibility for Return We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged During Shipping: You may return a product if it arrives damaged during shipping. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Notification: Notify us immediately upon receiving a damaged item. Contact our customer service team with your order number, name, and contact information.
  • Video Proof: To process a return for a damaged item, you must provide a video recording of the unboxing process as proof of damage. The video should clearly show the condition of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

3. Refund Process
